Dalton Conference
A cohort of Grace community members from nearly every constituency attended the annual Dalton Conference on February 2 this year.
This year's theme, “Building a Gender & Sexuality Affirming School,” focused on LGTBQ+ inclusivity in independent schools and featured guest speaker Schuyler Bailar, the first transgender athlete recruited to the Harvard men's swimming team. Grace staff, faculty, administration, students, and parents attended small breakout spaces before reconvening at the end of the day to discuss key takeaways and ideas to bring back to Grace.
