The Varsity program stresses skill development, strategy, fitness, sportsmanship, commitment and character development. Coaches, specialists in their fields, strive to teach athletes how to maximize their abilities. To prevent injury and to help athletes compete at optimum level, coaches also work with them on strengthening and conditioning. A Fitness Room, conveniently located in the high school, is available for students to use during their free time.
The program exposes student athletes to competitions outside of independent schools, competing against school in different leagues throughout the city, pursuing excellence in athletics.
