Grace Names New Director of Financial Aid

Grace is thrilled to welcome Shahara Ahmed as the new Director of Financial Aid and Senior Admissions Associate. Shahara is returning to Grace, where she served as a 9–12 Admissions Associate from 2019–2021. Since then, she received her MS Ed in Education, Culture and Society from the University of Pennsylvania. Shahara shared, "Grace Church School holds such a special place in my heart. I am thrilled about returning to the Grace community and doing what I love most—working in partnership with families to ensure our students have access to a high-quality education."

Most recently, Shahara served as Associate Director of Admissions at Prep for Prep, where she shepherded more than 1,000 families through the organization’s application process and provided personalized guidance on securing financial aid for both Prep programs and partner schools.
