  • Volunteering: How can I help at the event? (current families)

May Fair is an all-hands-on-deck event run by current parents, faculty, and older middle school students. Parents are encouraged to sign up for the activity assigned to their child’s grade, but feel free to volunteer for any shift. For every child enrolled at Grace, we ask one parent volunteer to fill a slot at a game or contribute baked goods.  Example: two kids at Grace, two volunteer slots. This year, all parent volunteers are asked to check in to the Volunteer Table where shift details and game instructions will be provided.
