80 Fourth Avenue - Opening September 2023
Grace Church School recently acquired space at 80 Fourth Avenue, which will open to students and teachers in September. The space, formerly a paint store, will allow the classrooms housed at 785 Broadway to move back to the main grade school campus and will nearly double the square footage previously rented.
The new space will feature a band room, music practice rooms, and storage space, freeing up important areas in Tuttle Hall and the gym mezzanine. There will also be an innovation lab constructed as part of the school's efforts to grow and expand the technology program. The new classrooms will be tied to the main building through a connecting passage to reduce travel time for middle school students.
