Commitment to Financial Aid

Grace Church School has a cherished tradition of acting with bold optimism to provide financial support to its families.

We maintain a strong commitment to the financial aid program and offer assistance to families who demonstrate need. About one student in five receives financial help through partial tuition grants.

Many factors are considered when determining whether a family demonstrates the need for financial aid such as family income, net worth, assets, debt, and the number of children in tuition-charging schools. The Financial Aid Committee encourages any family experiencing need to apply for financial aid. The Committee makes all decisions independently of admissions decisions. Applications for continued assistance must be filed annually.

Parents seeking tuition aid should indicate their interest when applying to the school. Applications for financial aid should be filled out online through TADS (beginning October 1, 2016). Parents are informed of financial aid decisions with the acceptance notification. Families who are currently enrolled at the school will be informed of the annual decision with their reenrollment contract.

Financial Aid Checklist

1 - Mark financial aid box on application. The deadline for Financial Aid Applications is December 1, 2016.

2 - Starting October 1, Complete the TADS online application: a confidential electronic financial aid system that offers parents 24/7 assistance. It may be helpful to print out and complete the TADS Financial Aid Worksheet before starting the online application.

3 –The Financial Aid Office will inform you about financial aid grants at the same time as the admission decision.

Important Note: We must receive all Financial Aid materials by December 1, 2016 in order to give you full consideration for Financial Aid for the 2016-17 school year.
Tuition for 2016-2017 year: $44,050 
Parents Association Dues: $100/family

In Grades 9-12 there is a $400 book fee.

*Non-refundable enrollment deposit required with contract.

Tuition Payments are due June 15 and December 15. To help all Grace families with financial planning, a monthly payment plan is available through FACTS.

Financial aid is available for everything for which there is a charge.

Technology Access Program (TAP)

Technology Access Program (TAP) guarantees online access for each family at home. The Technology Access Program (TAP) is a program designed to provide students and their families with equal access to technology at home regardless of financial status. Grace Church School students without a computer at home, without Internet access or with very limited access might qualify for the TAP program.
