How many animals are there in the team of the reptiles?

A.397. In the final race of Swimming the organizers randomly picked a lane-number for each animal. What I can recall from that race was that the frog did not swim in an even numbered lane, neither did the seal nor the sea lion. The sea lion and the beaver did not start from a lined starting stone. The turtle was on the left hand side of the sea lion. Which animal started from which starting stone, if looking at the starting stones, they started swimming away from you?

Using red, yellow and blue, how many different ways can the organizers color the mat if the neighboring areas cannot have the same color, and those that can be rotated to get another design are not considered to be different?
