Gay-Straight Alliances Expand at Grace Church School

We are proud to announce that our Gay-Straight Alliance program has expanded this year. We are going to launch our Parent Gay-Straight Alliance on 9/25 at 8am in the 86 Dining room, with a discussion of the graphic novel Fun Home by Allison Bechdel.

Middle school and high school students will hear from faculty about alliance meetings planned for this school year, and our faculty gay-straignt alliance will be running monthly, as usual. Gay-Straight Alliances, or GSAs, focus on building understanding, support, advocacy, and education for everyone about gender and sexualiity diversity. All are welcome and encouraged to join in, so check the Diversity Resource Board for upcoming dates and discussions.
